House prices in the P12 Eircode area

The median sale in P12 was €300,000 in 2025, across 71 sales that counted.

On the year before, it rose 9.1%.

P12 sits mostly in Cork, where prices going back to 2010 are set out.

Places in P12

Worked out from sales that carried both an address and an Eircode, so these are the places the register actually put in this area rather than a lookup from elsewhere.

Why this starts in 2021

The register only began carrying Eircodes in any numbers in 2021. Before that fewer than one sale in a hundred had one, so there is nothing to group by, and a figure built on the handful that did would not describe the area.

A routing key is the first three characters of an Eircode. It names an area rather than a building, which is deliberate: the last four characters identify a single letterbox and are not kept here.
