Explore sold prices by county

Browse sale records, local price trends and individual home histories.

Every pin has an address.

Price pins show individual homes and their recorded sale prices. Numbered groups contain nearby homes. Tap a group to zoom in, then choose a home to see its address, sale date and history. At street level, prices appear separately. A line connects any shifted price label to its building.

Can I see sold homes near me?

Select Show homes near me and allow location access. The map centres on your approximate position and shows nearby recorded sales with matched locations. Your price and year filters stay applied. You can also enter an address or town without sharing your location.

Can I search sold prices by Eircode?

Enter a full Eircode in the search box to find matching sale records. Select a home to see its price, sale date and recorded history. A map pin appears when the address has a matched building location. Records without a location remain searchable under All records.

Why some homes have no pin

The register does not include coordinates. We match full Eircodes, or a door number or house name with its road, locality and county, to OpenStreetMap address points and buildings. Coverage is partial and community-sourced locations can contain errors. Conflicting matches are left off the map. Individually reviewed building matches include a link to their supporting source on the sale card.

Official urban and townland boundaries supply missing locality names and more specific places within broad city labels. The pin keeps the original address point’s position. Ambiguous address matches are excluded.

Choose All records to search the complete imported register, including those without matched locations. A home without a match stays in the list. We do not place it at a town centre.

Prices, dates and sources

Prices: Property Services Regulatory Authority, imported 9 September 2026. Each home shows its latest recorded sale, or its latest sale in the year you select. The price filter applies to that sale. Prices that exclude VAT and transactions marked as not full market price carry those labels.

Address locations: OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database Licence. Pins use source address points or government coordinates checked against building footprints. Download the matching data and source dates.

Additional building footprints: © Tailte Éireann, High Value Dataset Buildings, under CC BY 4.0. These outlines help check a source coordinate against a building. They do not supply Eircodes or sale prices.

Locality boundaries: CSO Urban Areas 2022, © Central Statistics Office and Tailte Éireann; Townlands 2024, © Tailte Éireann. Both are used under CC BY 4.0. Boundaries identify the locality of an existing building point.

Selected Eircode associations also use the National Planning Applications dataset, Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, under CC BY 4.0. The application address and building footprint are checked together. Each accepted match links to its source application.

Further building matches use NBC&MSO Building Commencement and Completion data, under Creative Commons Attribution. Only individually checked home addresses and building locations are used. The sale card links to the supporting notice.
